Since 2005, Kelly has managed the production of over 500 hours of scripted, unscripted and studio television and web content. In that time, she has worked side by side, developing strong relationships with talented, experienced and well-respected Producers in locations across the U.S. from NYC to Los Angeles, and Mexico.

In addition to her extensive field work in the unscripted realm, Kelly has clocked countless TV studio hours, managing budgets, scheduling and personnel for both live and pre-recorded reunion shows and season specials for The Real World, Making the Band, 16 & Pregnant and Ink Master, as well as several long-term series for Comedy Central, Nickelodeon & MTV. Kelly has also managed the production of content for many of Viacom’s large tent pole events—MTV Video Music Awards, MTV Movie Awards, O Music Awards, and Nickelodeon’s HALO Awards.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech with a Major in Psychology and Minor in Communications and is a member of New York Women in Film and Television. Her experience in diverse areas of the industry, coupled with her positive attitude and love of people has helped her develop insightful approaches to building a positive work environment and inspiring quality content.
With over 14 years' experience, Jake is well versed in many aspects of television and video production and has become a sought after Director of Photography nationwide.
Jake has been behind the lens, influencing the look of over 50 different shows for more than 15 major television networks and the web. Having worked on such diverse projects as the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, corporate EPK's, live music festivals and Jay Leno's Garage, Jake approaches each project with a unique eye and the ability to translate any concept, across multiple platforms into a stunning visual product.
With an aptitude for producing, Jake started developing his own original content in 2013 when he and Kelly founded One L Entertainment.
